The "asymmetrical balance" of a unique watch
that was loved in Europe.Launch of RIVOLI

The RIVOLI, with its unique design, was born at a time when fashion was diversifying. The matte texture of the titanium material further exudes a sense of modernity.

The RIVOLI brand, named after the Rue de Rivoli in Paris, was launched in 1986, and since then has long been popular, especially in Europe, as one of Seiko's distinctive jewelry watches. At that time, the diversification of watches, and in particular the demand for fashionable watches, led to the start of design development. With the success of the first and second models, the "asymmetrical balance" that characterized these watches became the brand's identity. Improvements in glass bonding technology made it possible to design thin, yet water-resistant watches in a variety of shapes, which also added to the brand’s increased sense of aesthetic design.

The asymmetrical shape of the watch was unique, yet the design has a sense of unity from the case to the bracelet. Its curves have a drape-like elegance.
