The Brights collection was launched as an epoch-making product that paved the way for a new era of digital watches.

The three-button design on the front of the watch is a tribute to the first six-digit LCD digital watch from 1973.

The 300-dpi high-definition display enables the time to be displayed in smooth typefaces and a wide variety of designs.

The prototype was unveiled at Baselworldin the spring of 2010, and was launched in September of the same year. The digital time display is approximately three times higher resolution (300 dpi) than that of ordinary digital watches, and in addition to the basic time display, in anticipation of the wearer’s off-the-clock time, it can also be used to display the time in a playful manner. Equipped with a solar radio-control function and reception of standard radio waves from five stations around the world, the watch can be used for both on-the-clock and off-the-clock time while travelling. The display glass and case periphery are composed of flat surfaces without steps, resulting in an extremely simple design.
