In 2020, the design departments of Seiko Watch Corporation and Seiko Instruments Inc. merged their operations. The Seiko Design Center was established as an organization of Seiko Watch Corporation headquartered in Ginza, the district where Seiko was founded, and promptly commenced activities. It is a base where not only product design but also communication design, exploratory design, and other fields are integrated to create a variety of products and services for the future of Seiko. Under the group slogan, “SEIKO: Moving ahead. Touching hearts,” it is a place for delivering joy and excitement to people around the world through the power of design and creating inspiration for the future.
